Proposal on Security Council Reform: Elements for the Immediate Model

This proposal from Liechtenstein provides an outline for an intermediate solution to Security Council reform that could be agreed upon and used for an interim period while more permanent changes are negotiated.

This proposal contains three parts. The first is the cover letter from Ambassador Christian Wenaweser of Liechtenstein to Ambassador Zahir Tanin of Afghanistan. The second is the explanatory memorandum . The third is the proposal .
