Presidential Press Statements

Print

These statements are usually negotiated and require unanimity among Council members. Because they represent one of the Council's most common actions, it is important to have the texts available for scrutiny.

A pioneering step to post Presidential press briefings, especially significant since this was the month of the Secretary General elections. GPF called on other delegations to follow suit, but for a long time none did.
