Jubilee Research

Jubilee Research is an international movement calling for the cancellation of unpayable debt of the world's poorest countries under a fair and transparent process.

One is part of a campaign to cancel third world debt by the end of 2000. They have created this site to post articles, hold online discussions and generally track events related to the process.


Oxfam is a leader in the development and relief community. This site is maintained by its largest national headquarters, located in Oxford, England. It also includes the work of the new Oxfam International, which has offices in both Oxford and Washington DC. OI works on UN reform, international debt and the role of the Bretton Woods Institutions.
