Accessible Information on Development Activities (AIDA)

The Accessible Information on Development Activities is an online directory where governments and aid agencies can find information on international development projects and activities. The Development Gateway Foundation, conceived by former World Bank President James Wolfensohn and initially developed by the World Bank, manages the directory.

 

Central Emergency Response Fund

Millennium Challenge Account (2003)

President Bush announced MCA policy to increase foreign aid to poor countries that promise to liberalize economic conditions and welcome private enterprise. If passed by Congress, the MCA will be administered by a "Government Corporation", which consists of US officials appointed by the President. (US State Department)
