The following table and graph illustrate the debt owed by member states to the UN. The table highlights UN member states' arrears to the regular budget, the peacekeeping operations budget, the international tribunals budget (since 1995), and the capital master plan budget (introduced in 2003). The graph below shows payment arrears to the UN regular budget and to the UN peacekeeping operations budget.
